Q: What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
A: Please take clear photos of the damaged/defective item and email us at infintystore4u@gmail.com within 5 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement for you.

Cancellations & Modifications

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Yes, but changes and cancellations can only be made within 3 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at infintystore4u@gmail.com if you need to make changes.

Q: What happens if I miss the 3-hour cancellation window?
A: Unfortunately, once the 3-hour window passes, we cannot cancel or modify orders as they're already being processed for shipment.

Returns & Replacements
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 6-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible items.

Q: What issues qualify for returns or replacements?
A: Returns/replacements are accepted for:Damaged or defective products
Wrong item received
Size mismatch
Product significantly different from image

Q: What do I need to do if I receive a wrong or defective product?
A: Take clear photos of the product and email them to infintystore4u@gmail.com within 5 hours of delivery along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Q: Is replacement free?
A: If you report the issue with photos within 5 hours of delivery, we'll arrange a free replacement. If reported after 5 hours (but within 6 days), a ₹50 processing fee will apply.

Q: How long does the replacement process take?
A: Once approved, replacements typically take 7-10 business days to reach you.

Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: Personal care items, intimate wear, and products marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Q: Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?
